values and culture. We look at individual strengths and
Group Dynamics. We evaluate
what drives the organization, its management, and its staff. This allows us
to focus the coaching process for maximum impact while supporting
organizational initiatives.
Phase
II: Coaching
People Resource Strategies
coaches individuals one-on-one while developing a partnering
relationship with the individual being coached. Coaching sessions
are highly confidential. Sometimes coaching may involve a group or
team if it is part of a teambuilding session. PRS uses assessment
tools and other resources to help individuals get the maximum
benefit from their coaching sessions.
